Pastured Eggs — You'll See the Difference Before You Taste It.
Crack one of these open next to a supermarket egg and the comparison ends immediately: a rich, golden yolk that stands tall in the pan. That color isn't a trick and it isn't a label — it comes from the pasture. Our hens live on grass, scratching and foraging for the varied diet chickens were built for, with fresh air and sunshine doing the rest.
It's the same philosophy behind everything we raise at Solterra: animals kept the way generations of farmers kept them — outside, on pasture, with intention. Eggs are simply where that philosophy shows up first, because you can see it in the bowl and taste it at breakfast.
Fry them soft in butter and let the yolk run over toast, scramble them slow, or bake with them and watch what real yolks do for a batter. However you cook them, these are eggs the way they used to taste.
Intentionally raised. For those who believe in better.
