Ours is 80/20 grain-finished Angus, double ground for a texture that browns evenly and stays juicy, whether it's going into burgers, tacos, meatballs, chili, or a pot of sauce.

The difference is in what's not here. No fillers, no mystery trim, no additives — just whole-animal Angus from cattle raised on our Indiana pastures and finished for flavor. Double grinding is the small extra step that makes a real difference in the pan and in the burger.
