Top Sirloin Roast — The Versatile Centerpiece.
The top sirloin roast walks a nice line: leaner than a rib roast, but juicier and more forgiving than the round. It carries the same bold, clean flavor as the top sirloin steak in a roast-sized cut that's easy to cook and easy to love.
Ours is grain-finished Angus from our Indiana pastures, with just enough marbling to keep it moist through the oven. It's one of the more approachable roasts for anyone who wants a reliable centerpiece without a lot of fuss.
Sear the outside for color, then roast at moderate heat and pull it at medium-rare. Rest it well, then carve into thick slices for dinner or shave it thin for sandwiches the next day. A dependable roast that works as hard as you need it to.
Intentionally raised. For those who believe in better.
