Filet tips are exactly what they sound like — the tender tips and smaller pieces of the tenderloin, the same prized muscle behind our Beef Filet. Same butter-soft texture, same mild, clean flavor. Just a smaller, more versatile portion that cooks in minutes.

Because it's the identical cut, there's no compromise here. This is grain-finished Angus tenderloin from our Indiana pastures — the least-used muscle on the animal, which is exactly why it's so tender. The smaller size simply makes it more flexible: quick to cook, easy to portion, and priced to enjoy more often than a whole filet.

Sear them hot and fast for medallions, thread them onto skewers for kabobs, drop them into a stir-fry, or fold them into a classic beef stroganoff. Keep them to medium-rare — the tenderloin is lean, so a quick, hot cook and a short rest is all it needs. Weeknight-easy, special-occasion tender.
