Same foundation as our classic patties — grain-finished Angus beef, 80/20, double ground with no fillers — but with sharp cheddar and diced jalapeño blended directly into the grind. Not a topping, not an afterthought. The cheese melts from the inside out on a hot grill, and the jalapeño delivers a clean, steady heat that doesn’t overpower the beef.
Four patties per vacuum-sealed pack, portioned at 1/3 lb each. Grill them hot, let the cheddar do its thing, and finish with whatever you like on top — though honestly, they don’t need much. The flavor is built in.
