Same grain-finished Angus foundation as our classic patty — 80/20, double ground, no fillers — but with real bacon blended directly into the grind. Not strips on top. Not bacon flavoring. Actual bacon, worked into every bite so the fat renders as it cooks, basting the patty from the inside out and building a crust that's in a different league from a plain beef burger.

Four patties per vacuum-sealed pack, portioned at 1/3 lb each. Cook them on a screaming-hot grill or cast iron — high heat, minimal flipping, let the bacon fat do its job. Add cheese if you want, but don't be surprised if you forget to.
